Terms of Service

 

General Terms

 

• Please be respectful. Any ill/rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs

• Write in a clear and nice manner. Provide Neat and understandable references when asking for a commission of something specific. (Such as an OC, Person, or a specific background)

• You should normally receive your commission in the delivery time shown in the description of your commission choice. But if you get placed in a queue line you may have to wait slightly longer. I will specify just how long if you do need to wait longer.

• If you don’t receive your art in the time listed or given to you, you get to have another piece of art work for free and receive both same day. You will be immediately prioritized.

• I will do endless revisions during the sketch and line art phase. But if you want any revisions after coloring or final render that is a $10 fee per change.

 

Age Requirements

 

• People Ages 13+ may commission me, but people ages 13-16 need parental permission. 

 

Payment Methods

 

• I accept USD, GBP, MXN, CAD, and AUD via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo

• I take full payment upfront unless the payment is over $200. Then you can chose to do a a down payment. Please discuss via DM if you wanna do a down payment. Requirements may vary based on person

• Please verify your payment by taking a screenshot of when you have sent the money. This way I know I can get started on your commission right away

 

The Commissioner’s Rights

 

• You, the commissioner, have no commercial rights to the art work unless you pay the $50 fee for commercial use.

• You are not allowed to resell or use the artwork in things such as NFT’s. 

• You are not allowed to edit or draw over the art piece unless given permission from, me, the original artist. 

• You, the commissioner, do not have authorship rights. And must give credit to, me, the original artist either by verbal shoutout or have my name/logo in description. 

 

The Artists Rights

 

• I, the artist, have full authorship and commercial right’s. I can use the commissioned piece to promote myself, Post it to social medias, And use it in my portfolio.

 

Canceling/Refund Policy

• I, the artist, can cancel and refund the commission at anytime during the commission process. I am also allowed to decline whether I even start the commission or decline any addons / changes you request.

• I don’t refund money after the commission is complete. If I am only in the sketch phase and you would like a refund I will do so. 

• If you do a chargeback after the commission is complete, you lose all rights to the commissioned piece. And you are never allowed to commission me again

 

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to commission.
